Our chef Bryan Royaux is passionate about cooking, and has been part of the region’s gastronomic scene for many years. He has nurtured his career in the finest establishments, notably as sous-chef at Val D’Amblève in Stavelot and at Roannay Francorchamps (recently awarded a Michelin star).
Bryan and his partner Natalia will be delighted to spoil you with their authentic, gourmet cuisine!
We offer gourmet cuisine with a more conscious approach to food, focusing as much as possible on local, seasonal and mainly organic produce.
Right in the middle of nature on the Domaine de Bra, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, we look forward to welcoming you and sharing this experience with you.
